Model Z.66 (isocoat)

The use of the insulating mat, model Z.66 (ISOCOAT), as thermal insulation on the plasticizing cylinders ensures a significant reduction in thermal radiation to the outside environment and to the machine structures. This allows the operator to work in favorable environmental conditions.

and, at the same time, protects it from the potential risk of injury due to accidental contact with high-temperature areas. Similarly, this thermal insulation protects the remaining parts of the machine from high temperatures.

  • Insulation of high-temperature engine parts
  • Insulation of ovens and tanks subject to high temperatures

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • External fiberglass fabric for high temperatures up to 500°
  • Internal fiberglass insulation for high temperatures up to 500° with standard thickness: 18 mm
  • Closure with safety buckles that facilitate the assembly and removal of the mattress
  • Other types of closure on request

Attention!

The use of ISOCOAT mats increases the surface temperature of the heaters. It is therefore recommended to reduce their maximum specific power load (0.5 W/cm2 for mica heaters model Z.32 and 1 W/cm2 for ceramic heaters model Z.41).
