PRODUCTION OF QUALITY HEATERS

ZRE srl implements the following Quality Policy in the design, construction and sale of electric heaters and insulating mats and in the marketing of electric heaters and accessories.

The implementation of this Policy is planned, achieved, and verified through an operational quality system that complies with international ISO 9001 standards.

ZRE srl is committed to respecting the contractual agreements made with Customers, aiming to interpret and satisfy their explicit and implicit needs, ensuring the competence, professionalism, and seriousness necessary to ensure that the products offered have the specified quality and the Company is deemed reliable by Customers.

To ensure this, ZRE relies on its strengths:

1. The quality of the product supplied, obtained through:

a. competence of the personnel involved;

b. consolidated experience inherited from years of activity;

c. extreme attention to the specific needs of each client;

d. production entirely carried out in Italy.

2. Ability and attention to emergency management and customer assistance.

The adoption of the new ISO 9001:2015 standard for quality management system certification provided an opportunity to introduce risk management into the organizational model (understood both as a threat to be managed and minimized and as an opportunity to be exploited). Following a context analysis, taking into account internal and external factors, it was possible to:

ü identify and assess risks;

ü establish the necessary control measures to contain threats to the lowest possible level and maximize opportunities for the benefit of the organization and its stakeholders;

ü plan continuous improvement initiatives aimed at systematically managing the identified risk profile.

The main strategic objectives of ZRE srl are:

· Consolidate and develop our presence in the Italian, European, and non-European electric heater sectors by continually expanding our product range to maximize our customer base.

· Pursue continuous improvement to provide reliable products and efficient services, manufactured in compliance with regulations and capable of satisfying customer needs.

· Acquisition of customers in different market sectors, to minimize entrepreneurial risk;

· Strengthening sales activities to promote and sell new ZRE heating and insulation products in new product sectors, with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement in energy efficiency and the quality of the solutions offered.

ZRE is also aware of the importance of managing the environmental aspects deriving from its activities for the protection of the environment and has therefore decided to introduce the following objectives into its policy:

· Meet compliance obligations by adhering to applicable environmental regulations and other requirements to which the company subscribes with reference to its environmental aspects;

· Assess the impacts of climate change on business activities with particular reference to potential emergency situations;

· Pursue continuous improvement of environmental performance while reducing the impact on climate change with particular reference to:

- Control of greenhouse gas emissions;

- Reduction of air pollution caused by company vehicles, promoting sustainable mobility;

- Reduction of energy and water waste;

- Reduction in the use of plastic, paper and other difficult-to-dispose materials;

- Correct management of special waste and reduction of the unsorted fraction.

The achievement and maintenance of these objectives will be constantly pursued through the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System at all company levels.
