NEW OHMMAT SILICONE FLEXIBLE HEATER
The OhmMat is a heating and resistant material made of high-performance silicone. All our products are made of a silicone compound that is modified to improve its thermal conductivity, achieving unique performance on the market. Thanks to our exclusive technology, 98% of our products are designed, customised and produced in our own laboratories. Z.R.E. Insulating Mats
Insulating mats are special thermal insulators that are applied directly on the resistances, guaranteeing a great reduction of the thermal radiation towards the outside and allowing to have a more constant temperature for the production cycle.
Features and uses of the mats
Specifically, insulating mats are used to insulate plasticising cylinders, as well as valves and flanges, and even parts of high-temperature engines or ovens and tanks. Mats are very important because they allow for energy savings of around 30%, allowing the thermal energy generated by the cylinder not to be lost. Among the particularities of the insulating mats are non-flammability, non-toxicity and resistance to very high temperatures (up to 500°C), as well as the fact that the physical and chemical characteristics do not vary until this temperature is reached.
It is therefore a safe, efficient and often indispensable product.
