PRODUCTION OF QUALITY HEATERS

Z.R.E. S.r.l. undertakes to comply with the contractual agreements it makes with its customers, setting itself the goal of interpreting and satisfying their explicit and implicit needs, while ensuring the competence, professionalism and seriousness needed if its products are to have the quality demanded and if our company is to maintain its customers' trust. To ensure these things, Z.R.E. builds on its strengths:

1. The quality of the product, ensured through the following:
   a. competence of the staff involved
   b. consolidated experience from years of activity
   c. extremely close attention to the specific needs of every customer
   d. production carried out completely in Italy
2. Ability and attention when handling emergencies and giving customer assistance. Adopting a new ISO 9001:2015 standard for quality management system certification was an opportunity to introduce risk management into the organisational model (understood both as a threat to be managed and minimised and as an opportunity to be exploited). Following an analysis of the context, taking into consideration the internal and external factors of the company, it was possible thanks to the following:

• identifying and assessing risks
• establishing the necessary control measures to limit threats as much as possible and maximising opportunities for the benefit of the company and interested parties
• initiatives of constant improvement, in order to systematically manage the identified risk profile

The main strategic objectives that Z.R.E. S.r.l. sets are the following:

• Consolidate and develop our presence in the Italian, European and worldwide electric heating sectors, increasingly expanding our product range in order to diversify our customer base as much as possible.
• Pursue constant improvement so we can supply reliable products and efficient services, made in compliance with law and able to satisfy our customers' needs.
• Acquire customers in different market sectors, to minimise entrepreneurial risk.
• Strengthen commercial work to introduce and sell new Z.R.E. products for heating and insulation in new product sectors, with a view to sustainability, continuous improvement of energy efficiency and the quality of the solutions we offer.

The achievement and maintenance of these objectives will be constantly pursued through the development and maintenance of a quality management system at all company levels.
